As each piece is custom made for you, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders. Once order is placed, you have agreed to the above terms (please see terms and conditions for further information). We are also unable to process refunds, returns or exchanges due to your misuse of our artwork. Our artworks are otherwise subject to the consumer guarantees that automatically apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged goods:
If your artwork arrives damaged in any way, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement. You must notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date to info@deep-mood.com, with photographs clearly documenting the damage to the artwork and packaging. Supporting photographs must be taken immediately upon receipt of your order, before any hanging, placement or installation takes place. Following a review and investigation with our shipping partner, if we are satisfied that the damage occurred during transit we will provide you with a replacement artwork, free-of-charge.
